Overview
The Law of Marine and Fisheries group focuses on research on how to prosecute illegal fishing and destructive fishing in Indonesian marine waters. This activity is carried out in conjunction with enforcement of legal discipline for cases of violations in the marine and fisheries sector. Apart from cases of violations in the marine and fisheries sector, there are also many cases of illegal fishing and destructive fishing. This group also investigates cases of violations such as the use of small islands, water pollution, and settlement of disputes over ships that have damaged coral reefs in various region.
